Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

For credit cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

 

Note: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Processing: Your order usually will be processed within 24-48 hours. 

Free Shipping Sitewide: We have calculated and included the shipping fees in the final price of all products.

Delivery: The delivery time is 5-7 working days. Local pickup is available in-store at 830 Barry St, Bronx, NY 10474.

 

Note: You MUST arrange a pickup time with us. 

* All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are captured in our system immediately after placing the order. Any changes to an order must be made before we ship the item, which can be as fast as 5 minutes.

Orders may take a few days to process before shipping out during busy periods, holidays and over weekends.

Once shipped, orders arrive within 5-7 working days from the time the order was placed.

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

CANCELLATION FEES

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact customer service.

DISCOUNTS & COUPONS

All discount and coupon offer are limited to one per order.

RESHIPMENT POLICY

 

At Amenazel Organic LLC, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. Our reshipment policy is designed to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your orders. Please review the following guidelines regarding reshipment:

 

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs:

Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs in the following scenarios:
Incorrect Address: If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Unclaimed Package: If the package is returned because it was not claimed by the customer.

  • New Address Not Updated: If the customer fails to update their address in USPS's database, resulting in a returned package.

  • Other Subsequent Reasons: Any other reasons not attributable to Amenazel Organic LLC.

 

Amenazel Organic LLC Responsibility:

We will cover the reshipment costs only in the case of:

  • Damaged Items: If the package is returned due to damage to its contents.

  • Missing Items: If items are missing from the package upon return.

Providing Correct Shipping Information:

To avoid reshipment fees and ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide accurate shipping information. This includes:

  • Full Name of the Recipient

  • Complete Street Address (including apartment, building, suite)

  • City, State, and Zip Code

Refund Request Procedure:


Customers who do not wish to pay a reshipment fee have the option to request a refund. However, the following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be made within 5-7 business days of being notified of the return.

  • The initial shipping charges and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

Failure to request a refund within this timeframe will result in the request being considered void.
