NO RETURN OR REFUND (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

 


Amenazel Organic LLC does not provide exchanges, returns, or refunds for any items available for purchase on our online store. We are committed to delivering the highest quality organic food products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products and for safety reasons, we have established the following No Return or Refund Policy:

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Food Items: We do not accept returns of any food items, regardless of whether the seal or packaging is intact.

  • Inspect all details: We encourage customers to carefully review all items before making a purchase. Many of the products offered by Amenazel are food items that have been thoroughly processed. To ensure transparency, we provide detailed photos and product descriptions to help customers make informed decisions when shopping on our website.

  • Returned Food Items: Once returned, food items will be discarded and cannot be refunded or resold under any circumstances.

REFUND SHIPPING INFORMATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If a package is returned due to incorrect details (e.g., wrong address, missing apartment number, etc.), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Customers may opt to pay for reshipping or request a refund.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Amenazel Organic LLC is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they are delivered to the address provided by the customer. If a package is misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim.

EXCEPTIONS


Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Items Received: If the items delivered do not match the order.

  • Damaged or Broken Items: If the items are received in a damaged condition.

To issue a refund or replacement, customers must provide:

  • An accurate description of the issue.

  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items.

  • Customer information, including billing address and payment method.

 

REFUND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNED PACKAGES


If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information and the customer does not wish to pay for reshipping, a refund may be requested. The following conditions apply:

  • Refund requests must be made within 5-7 business days of being notified of the return.

  • The initial shipping charges and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

Failure to request a refund within this timeframe will result in the request being considered void.

 

BACKORDERS

 

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date.
